10" CUT GLASS PITCHER/JUG with a GORHAM STERLING SILVER RIM: ARKANSAS ESTATE

Description

Fresh from an Arkansas estate is this CUT GLASS pitcher/jug with a  2" STERLING SILVER COLLAR or rim.  The pitcher is marked with symbols for GORHAM and STERLING D 10 49 M on the rim. The sterling silver is monogrammed: A.W.D. on collar.  The silver has several 'very, very minor' pin point pimples but overall the pitcher is in near FINE condition.  The cut glass has 'very, very, minor' chiggers but shows the appropriate wear on the base for a 100 year plus pitcher.  The handles are annealed perfectly.  The pitcher could hold water, cider, sherry, tea, lemonade, or wine.  The pitcher is 10" tall and 4 3/4 wide at the base.  I will bubble wrap and box carefully.
