2. There are two kinds of gear surface blackening treatment (10 teeth - 35 teeth) and high-frequency quenching (40 teeth - 150 teeth), which are the hardness of 45 steel raw materials. The surface hardness is about 40-45 degrees.
3.1 since the effective tooth height of die 10-14 teeth is 12mm, there are teeth at the remaining positions, but they are not rolled in place, so the two gears are not suitable for parallel engagement.
4. The overall dimension of the gear (except the inner hole accuracy) may change slightly due to different batches. Please refer to the real object! Gear delivery machine screw, locking screw wrench need to be purchased separately, no delivery.
