A Very Unusual Find in this Hobstar Dominant Base
This was probably one of those “Rotating” Punch Bowl Bases”
24 Point Hobstar Foot - Hollow 3 Hobstar and Fan Motif - Fluted Neck and Flat Star Collar
Can Easily Support a Bowl with Stem that fits
NOTE: this one has (2) markings on the base
1 is  inscribed underneath Prob an Owner ID Mark
The more difficult to read and will not photo is the Manufacture Acid Stamp of a Circle on the top of the Foot similar to Libbey but can not make out the saber mark - Need a magnifying glass to see
