Champagne Punch Bowl & Pedestal Stand

Thick walled and deeply/finely  Cut Crystal~
Very heavy~ 20 pounds before packing!
Bowl is 11.5" across, .50" thick glass, stands 6.75" tall
Pedestal Stand is 5.5" tall, and the base is 6.25" across
Beautiful Long Ring & Shine!!!
The Bowl sits perfectly inside the base! No Wobbling!
This looks to be J. Hoare & Co out of Corning, NY, but the markings on the base are hard to decipher.

Could use a better cleaning, small "flea bites" in areas, Very Hard to notice, No cracks and no discoloration of glass.
