American Brilliant Period 7" Cut Glass Plate
This beautiful ABP cut glass plate or low dish measures 7-1/4” in diameter with a low profile and a 10-lobe scalloped and toothed rim.
The original antiques shop sticker indicates the plate is "Libby" [Libbey], but I was unable to find a mark.
(I photographed the sticker and then removed it).
The plate's center is cut in a complex hobstar framed by a large double mitered 5-point star whose arms are cut with super-fine lattice.
Five more complex hobstars sit inside the star's arms.  Their upper points fit precisely into the teeth at the rim.
The plate is in excellent antique condition, with great clarity and no chips, cracks or chipped or missing teeth.
