    Description

    Antique Signed Hawkes American Brilliant Period Cut Glass Dish
    Up for auction is a beautiful antique signed Hawkes cut glass dish or nappy.
    Measures 5" in diameter by 1-1/4" deep.
    Elaborately cut in the "Holland" pattern.
    This pattern features two types of stars: the 8-point star and the hobstar.
    A plate in Holland was featured in the Hawkes catalog.
    Signed with the double Hawkes trefoil mark in the center.  (I could not get the light quite right in order to photograph it.)
    In excellent condition with no chipped or missing teeth, just a few tiny fleabites upon very close inspection.
