    Description

    This is for a gorgeous little footed compote.
    This has the flashed thistle floral cut, faceted hollow fluted stem base and sawtooth cut rim.  I have seen this pattern before, but it is unknown who cut this flashy thistle.  I have seen others so you can collect matching sets of these if you search thistle pieces often enough.
    Measures: 6" wide top rim, by 4-1/2" tall.
    It is from the American brilliant period from (1870 to 1915).
    Condition: This is over 100 years old but in typical condition for the age.  It does have  chips on 2 teeth on the rim that I took pictures of, and there are some tiny normal fleabites that are not noticeable.  see the last pictures above where its pointed out with stickers
