Shipping Terms
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours or less. Orders received and paid by 12:00 noon ET M-F (excluding Federal Holidays & weekends) are generally shipped the same day. Orders received after Noon will be shipped the following business day. Items paid for separately are maybe shipped separately.  We include Delivery Confirmation or tracking on every package! Standard Flat Rate shipping will never include Parcel Post, we feel this is poor customer service and if you order the item, you need it

Return Policy & Exchange Policy:
We have a 14 day return policy, if incorrect item was ordered Customer needs to pay return shipping and outbound shipping to send the correct item back out. Items must be returned in the same condition shipped, new clean and uninstalled

Purchases returned for a refund will have a restocking fee to cover outbound shipping expenses.
