    I just purchased this European Brilliant Cut Glass claret decanter from a local estate here in Central Virginia. The mount bears the hallmarks of "D&H MULLER BUCURESTI" "ALLPACCA" "I/O" with an impressed elephant, and also the "WMF" mark. The crystal claret shows fine detail to the deep cutting and nice weight. The mount is in very good condition (it is monogramed / pictured) I haven't attempted to polish it. The piece measures 8 ½" high and 3" wide (4 ½" spout to handle). The claret is in very good condition with no damage to the glass. This handsome claret would make a fine addition to your collection of antique / early 1900's European brilliant cut glass.
