This item is currently in storage in a warehouse off of Tyco Rd in Vienna /Tysons Corner area. It is approximately 525 lbs. you must bring help to load it. It is about 50 feet from where the Surface Grinder is located to the loading dock (Standard loading dock height). The other loading dock is about 100 ft and has an incline ramp to the dock.
