estate framed sterling silver english fox hunt scene/coa-cacciatore

i have the following item for purchase. this unique and very ornate and different item comes from a recent estate sale. this is an estate framed sterling silver english fox hunt scene framed art. it comes with a coa in italian and cacciatore plaque on front.
it measures approx. 10" x11 1/2". it is in excellent condition with a small plaque on the front right bottom that is colored with a pink hue. i dont know if this is suppose to be there but it does look official. makes a great gift item. (#dec2020.0015.ny)
