Gutter and Trim Recoiler

Description

Our gutter and trim coil recoiler include manual scissors shear and slitting knives with a ruler for an easy knife adjustment. Knives are made out of hardened steel. Slitting knife capacity of 24 ga Steel and 040 aluminum. Therefore, you can easily cut coil to a desired width. Moreover, the machine includes programmable digital encoder, which will enable it to stop automatically. Machine is power by DC Motor 1hp, 90VDC, 1800rpm, TEFC, 56C frame, rolled steel, with gearbox (30-1 Ratio) connected to the drive shaft with chain and 9" sprocket. That combination gives as Output Torque over 600 lb-in.
Main shaft or drive shaft is made out of 2" OD solid steel. Links for adjustable arbor are made out of 1" x 3/4" solid aluminum. Maximum recoiler capacity is 600 LB. with variable speed up to 200 FPM.
We did test our drive shaft with over 1000 lbs. load no problems.
This machine is ideal for the Gutter Supply Companies to process a Gutter Coil into smaller coixls of either the 11 ¾" or 15” width.
