Libbey WATER CARAFE Signed Cut Glassl Vintage ABP 7"x6.5" Crystal

Offered from a local NJ estate  is a Libbey Cut Glass Water Carage
It is signed on the shoulder
No chips or cracks
the lip is clean and smooth
The starburst cut base has light wear and there is some residue on the inside bottom, cloudiness which may come out with care but did not come out
with simple water wiping
There are some scratch marks INSIDE the neck, nearly 3" down, no idea how these would have gotten there, almost all the way around but hard to
capture in photos as they are near the bend, not too noticeable but definitely there. Finial photo shows them best
Maybe someone marking the liquid level!
6 1/2" across at widest point 7 1/4" tall and weighs over 3 lbs
