Return Policy
We give refunds for items that are materially or grossly different that described, but do not offer refunds for AS-IS items. We must be notified of the problem within 48 hours after item delivery, and the item must be returned in "as received" condition. To qualify for a refund, item must include original packaging, and buyer pays return shipping including tracking & insurance. Please note that we frequently "mark" our items prior to shipping, so please do not clean or wash the item prior to return as this will void our return policy.
