I have a SURFboard eXtreme Wireless Cable Modem Gateway model SBG6580. Main color is black, released in the year 2010 and it was made in China. It has DOCSIS 3.0 cable modem built-in and has multiple Ethernet ports on the back.
The UPC for this item is 612572180402 with product number 570763-006-00. This is open box new, the box has been opened but the contents are still in brand new condition, still in their original plastic packaging.
This includes the Motorola modem/router combo (Still sealed inside the plastic, never opened/used), power supply, documentation, software/CD and a network cable. This has not been setup with any internet provider.
