    Description

Standard sized postcard RPPC real photo of the Union Oil Co of California building fire in Portland Oregon on June 26, 1911. Sadly this fire would claim the life of the Portland Fire Chief David Campbell who died instantly when an explosion inside the building caused a wall to fall on him. Three other firefighters were injured in this massive fire. Ask if you have questions. #679
