    The Model 535 maintains the ruggedness of an industry workhorse whilst also adding features that makes the threading operation more productive. A chip tray & oil reservoir makes the 535 ideal for longer threading. The 535 is designed around max up-time with the upgrades that matter most to the pipe working professional.

    Warranty Information:
    Item is covered for 15 days under warranty from receipt. If the unit fails please return to our Langley warehouse for a full refund. Warranty excludes damage post shipment not caused directly by CMG, Including incorrect hookup or usage.

    Shipping
    We only ship to verified/confirmed addresses, no exceptions. We reserve the right to use the shipping carrier of our choice. We understand that eBay has various shipping options, we will try our best to ship with your prefered method. We will honor what you paid for, speed of the carrier will not change.
    We cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses unless we are contacted ahead of time and it is authorized. Keep in mind there is a surcharge to ship to these types of addresses.
    Packages of high value require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure that you are at the ship address to sign for the package.
    We typically ship between 1-4 business days of receiving cleared payment. Please note that weekends & holidays are not considered 'business days'. This processing time is required for all shipments -- express shipments, as well as standard shipments. Please call us directly to speak with a representative if you need your package to be shipped urgently.
    The carrier will send the package back to us after 3 unsuccessful attempts to deliver to your address. If this happens you will be charged additional shipping charges due to shipping the package back and forth. We cannot reroute a shipment after it has left our warehouse. Please make sure someone is available to sign for the package upon purchasing. If your package was damaged during transit a claim needs to be filed with the carrier. You must keep the box and all packing material for the carrier to inspect.

    If you are shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or any other US territory these states/territories are required to select 2nd day air. The surcharge varies on the package weight and size, we will not charge anymore than what is directly quoted from the carrier.

    International buyers are responsible for any and all customs, duties taxes and brokerage fees to be paid to the courier or government. Please contact your local customs office with further inquiries in this issue. Coast Machinery group assumes no responsibility with respect to any tariffs, duties, or any and all other charges requested or required by destination countries. Every international shipment might be delayed by destination country authorities. If your package is delayed by customs you will have to call your local customs office to find out what is holding it. We have no way of giving you better information when a package is delayed by customs. Customs delays, if occur, are not part of stated delivery times.

    Returns
    We are committed to providing each customer with the highest standard of customer service. If there is any problem with the item please call us at 908-290-0243. We solve all issues. Before returning an item you must contact customer service at 908-290-0243 to obtain a return approval (RMA number). New items can be returned for a money refund or a replacement/exchange item. To be eligible for a return the items must be in the exact same condition as we sent them and in the original box. All internal packing materials, instruction manuals and all additional items and accessories must also be included in its original condition.
    Shipping an item back to Coast Machinery group without contacting us first, may lead to refused delivery on our side and package being returned to you, at your cost. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All returned packages will be charged return shipping. Items that are shipped free, if returned, a refund less our original shipping cost will be given. Refusing a delivery is not an acceptable way to return it. All returns must be pre-approved. Refused packages will be treated as an unauthorized return and will be charged 10% restocking fee + double the shipping cost (since the carrier will be charging us for both ways). Please make sure we authorized your return.
    A restocking fee of 10% for handling and processing will be charge for returning items. If your package was damaged during transit a claim needs to be filed with the carrier.
