VERY RARE HOARE & CO.?AMERICAN BRILLIANT CUT GLASS FLOWER CENTER EXQUISITE!

Hello! thank you for viewing and considering this absolutely stunning handmade ANTIQUE American Brilliant Cut glass flower center vase. I am not sure of the maker, I found a similar piece by HOARE but I am not sure as I cannot find the mark on the bottom. The cutting is exquisite.
It is about 6 inches tall by 6.75 inches wide at its widest point. Its very thick and heavy leaded crystal. The cutting is exquisite. In sunlight the prismatic colors are vibrant.  I think the weight is around 4.4 LBS.
Over all its in very good condition. There is a chip on the scalloped rim that is not spreading. The very bottom is lightly scratched where it meets a surface.
