The item shown in the photographs is what you'll receive.  The condition is exactly as shown in the photos. Vintage or antique plates will show signs of normal use or wear. I make every effort to note any exceptions to normal wear. While evaluation of each item is subjective, I attempt to describe the condition as accurate as possible.  Please consider the photos part of the description of this item, I try to provide good representations of items through my photographs, which should be checked carefully for evidence of an item's condition.  All plates are at least 3 years expired as required by eBay policy.
SHIPPING:
I take great care in packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. I ship all purchases via USPS.  All items are eligible for local pickup but will require payment of NJ sales tax (6.875%) For regular shipping, I will ship your item within 1-3 business days after payment is received. (Most purchases are shipped the next business day!).
COMBINED SHIPPING DISCOUNT:
I will gladly combine items into a single package to save you money.  I reserve the right to charge more for older oversize, heavier steel plates and fragile license plates. Shipping price will always be listed on the auction and I will gladly work with you to ship your plate in the most economical way.  For multiple items, use "Add to Cart" before checkout.  Buyer must wait to pay until he receives an invoice for combined shipping. I reserve the right to reject a request for combined shipping when I believe this will risk damage to an item. I only ship to buyers from the contiguous 48 states.  Residents of New Jersey are subject to 6.875% state sales tax.
PAYMENT:
-  Payment must be received within 7 days of end of auction or the item will be relisted.
-  We ONLY accept PayPal payment from accounts with a CONFIRMED address.
-  All PayPal payments with an UNCONFIRMED address will be DENIED.
-  New Jersey residents add 6.875% sales tax.
-  When Local Pick Up is available and utilized, sales tax must be paid.

We offer a simple return policy of 14-days money-back guarantee after parcel is received and returned in the SAME condition in which it was received, based upon eBay's regulations.  Buyer is responsible for all return postage and shipping charges.
DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING:
It is our policy to package each item with extreme care.  In the rare occurrence that you receive a damaged package, DO NOT OPEN, please hold the item and contact us THE SELLER and the shipping carrier immediately.  Items arriving damaged must be promptly confirmed by the shipping carrier for damage.  The shipping carrier's Claim Policy must be followed.
The item shall not show any signs of use in order to qualify for the return policy.
Where applicable, any item that is described as working is guaranteed not to be "dead on arrival" ("DOA").  All items have been tested; the S/N and condition of all items are recorded and photographed.  A DOA item of this category will be either replaced with a like item when available or the full purchase price of the item will be refunded.
Please contact us to request a return authorization.  Your name, transaction number, and reason for return should be included in the email message.  All items returned must contain all original packaging materials.
Please repack item carefully, items returned will be tested and a new replacement where and when applicable will be shipped to the buyer immediately when found defective.  Shipping, handling and insurance fees are non-refundable.
Items returned without Return Material Authorization ("RMA") number will be refused and returned to the sender.  Buyer is responsible for all return postage and shipping charges.  Buyer is responsible for any additional shipping costs for items that are returned, refused, and/or undeliverable.  We do not accept any returns without an authorization number on the box or label, in which it is being returned.
