Has not been polished. Spoon has some
tarnish
and needs to be cleaned and polished. There is some discoloration due to age. There are numerous scuff marks/scratches on the spoon body.  Some scratches are deeper and more noticeable than others. On the spoon body, there are some small spots of visible discoloration. We do not know what has caused this. No dents. We are not silver experts. Please grade using your own opinion. Needs cleaning. Please see all pictures.
